Welcome to BOREA GRGIĆ. By accessing our website, purchasing, downloading, or using our digital software products (including UCCNC software plugins, macros, and license keys), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries, billing, and order returns.
2. Digital Products & Licensing
We sell digital software products, downloadable tools, and plugins (e.g., ProbeXYZ for UCCNC). Upon successful payment processed by Paddle, you will receive a digital license or download access to the software.
All software licenses granted to you are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal unless explicitly stated otherwise in a commercial license agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All software code, documentation, graphics, branding, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of BOREA GRGIĆ. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the software code without prior written consent.
4. User Responsibilities & Machine Operation
Our software tools and macros are designed to assist with CNC machinery operation. By using our software, you acknowledge that you are responsible for testing toolpaths and operating your equipment safely. BOREA GRGIĆ is not liable for machine crashes, hardware damage, or material loss resulting from improper setup or usage.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOREA GRGIĆ and Paddle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated modification date.
