Welcome to BOREA GRGIĆ. By accessing our website, purchasing, downloading, or using our digital software products (including UCCNC software plugins, macros, and license keys), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders and Payments

Orders for our digital software products are processed through a third-party payment and commerce service provider acting as the Merchant of Record. The applicable payment provider is identified during the checkout process.

The payment provider handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, order confirmation, invoicing, and other services related to the purchase transaction.

2. Digital Products & Licensing

We sell digital software products, downloadable tools, and plugins, including products such as ProbeXYZ for UCCNC.

Upon successful completion of payment, the customer will receive the applicable digital license, license key, or download access to the purchased software product.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a commercial license agreement, software licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and granted for the customer's personal or internal use.

3. Intellectual Property

All software code, documentation, graphics, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of BOREA GRGIĆ or the respective rights holder.

No rights are transferred to the customer other than the limited license expressly granted for the purchased software product.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell the software or its license key without prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities & Machine Operation

Our software tools and macros are designed to assist with CNC machinery operation. By using our software, you acknowledge that you are responsible for properly configuring, testing, and operating your CNC equipment.

Software-assisted machine operation involves inherent risks. You are responsible for verifying toolpaths, machine settings, work offsets, probing procedures, feeds, speeds, clearances, and other relevant parameters before and during operation.

BOREA GRGIĆ is not responsible for machine crashes, hardware damage, tool damage, material loss, production downtime, or other losses resulting from improper configuration, operation, or use of the software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOREA GRGIĆ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our software products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated modification date.
